28yrs Old Olorunpomi David Ifemidayo in Wednesday declared his intention to contest for the position of Member representing Kabba/Bunu in the Kogi State House of Assembly come 2027 under the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
He is the youngest Aspirant for now seeking to represent the Kabba-Bunu Constituents.
In a statement he signed and made available to The Drum Reporter, his vision is anchored on better representation and attracting dividends of democracy to the people.

The statement reads “In line with the principle that charity begins at home, he paid a courtesy visit to the leaders, elders, and stakeholders of Akutupa Ward to formally inform them of his ambition and his desire to represent the people of Kabba/Bunu at the State Assembly.”
During the meeting, Ifemidayo expressed his commitment to serving the people and providing effective representation that will promote the unity, progress, and development of Kabba/Bunu Local Government.
The ward stakeholders and leaders warmly received him and commended his courage and boldness in stepping forward to serve the people.
While addressing the gathering, he clearly stated that he would fully respect whatever decision the stakeholders and leadership of Akutupa Ward may take, emphasizing that his aspiration is rooted in the desire to represent the collective interests of the people and give the community a stronger voice at the State Assembly.
He concluded by humbly seeking the support, prayers, and guidance of the people as he continues consultations toward the realization of his aspiration.
