30th Memorial Anniversary: 100 Female Students Get Scholarship in Honour of Mrs. Margret Omonipo Braimoh

A Non Governmental Organisation, Olayinka Braimoh Initiative has announced plans to present  scholarship to100 female students from Kabba Bunu Local Government Area in remembrance of the 30th memorial of Mrs. Margret Omonipo Braimoh, mother of Olayinka Braimoh, Governorship Candidate of Action Alliance (AA) in the last Kogi State Gubernatorial Election.

According to Akudo Nwokorie, National Coordinator of the Initiative, and Kayode Adepele, State Coordinator the move underscores the dedication to empowering young intellects and investing in the future of our society.

“The scholarship scheme is crafted to offer educational support to underprivileged and disadvantaged students in the locality. Each scholarship will encompass tuition fees and associated educational costs, enabling beneficiaries to focus on their studies without the stress of financial concerns.

“Regarding Mrs. Margret Omonipo Braimoh, the pioneer female university graduate from Bunu District of Kabba/Bunu Local Government area of Kogi state, was a committed educator and a source of inspiration to many who valued the transformative influence of education. Her dedication to nurturing young minds and advocating for academic excellence remains a source of motivation for us. This scholarship scheme serves as a tribute to her enduring legacy and unwavering commitment to education.
