The Sanity Multi-Efforts Forum (SMEF) commends the Joint Revenue Board (JRB) for partnering with the Nigeria Police Force (NPF) to enforce the ban on roadblocks for tax collection. This initiative aligns with our objectives of promoting safety, fairness, and economic growth.
Prince Dan Olaitan Dada, President of SMEF gave the Commendation in a statement.
“While we understand concerns about tax reforms, we believe this move will reduce multiple taxation and extortions, lower costs of goods and services, and enhance economic activities.
He said SMEF supports the JRB and NPF’s efforts to create a more business-friendly environment and urged citizens to report any attempts to circumvent this ban.
