As the Kogi State Governorship election draws closer, the Director General of Ododo Neighbour to Neighbour Campaign Organisation, Hon. Richard Osaseyi on Friday paid a courtesy visit to the All Progressives Congress APC Gubernatorial Candidate, Alhaji Usman Ododo.
Accompanied by the Deputy National Publicity Secretary of the Party, Hon. Yahaya Ismail, Commissioner for Solid Minerals, Hon. Bashir Gegu, Special Adviser to the Governor on Civil Service, Hon. Bode Adeyemi, Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Youth Empowerment (Kogi West), Hon. Abubakar Ibikunle, the Director General promised to take the gospel of voting for Ododo to the entire 21 Local Government Areas of the State.
Hon. Osaseyi, who is the General Manager of the Kogi State Signage and Advertisment Agency, lauded the efforts of the APC Candidate in conducting violence-free and peaceful campaigns across the State.
This he noted informed the establishment of the Support group known as “Neighbour to Neighbour” Campaign particularly to canvass support in Kogi West.
According to him, the campaign will entail using every available means to disseminate the gospel of Ododo/Oyibo 2023 to the State Electorate.
Hon Osaseyi assured of his total commitment and support to the Party and to ensure a resounding victory in the coming election.
The Deputy National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress, Hon. Ismail eulogized Hon. Osaseyi for being a humanitarian per excellence, saying his benevolence has transformed the lives of hundreds of Kogi West indigenes through his Foundation, the Osaseyi Foundation.
Hon. Ismail further applauded the efforts of the Philanthropist in all elections conducted so far, adding that he has often delivered his ward convincingly.
Responding, Alhaji Ododo Ahmed Usman thanked the General Manager and his entourage for the visit as well as their continuous support which was not lost on him.
The Candidate emphasized on the need to intensify efforts at reaching the Grassroot as Hon. Osaseyi had always done and also said the “Neighbour to Neighbour” campaign was a brilliant initiative.
