The Elesho of Oweland, His Royal Highness, Oba J. J Oloruntoba has congratulated the Governor of Kogi State, Ahmed Usman Ododo on his superlative victory at the Apex Court.
In a congratulatory message, the highly elated Monarch, on behalf of the Omodo Clan in Kabba was enthusiastic and positive that since the legal tussle is now a forgone issue, Kogi State under the tutelage of Governor Ododo will experience a new vista and accelerated development.
In the press release, the Kabiyesi posited thus – ” this anticipated favourable judgment is a great testament to the unshakeable believe in the Nigerian jurisprudence and patriotic zeal of Governor Ododo for good governance in Kogi State. Since his assumption of office, our pragmatic Governor has been focused, committed, passionate about a better developed Kogi State of our dreams and truly inspire leadership traits of enviable distinction.”
He surmised further by saying- ” the social mandate freely given to His Excellency is already yielding fruits. It is, therefore, expedient on all Kogites to support efforts geared towards actualizing dividends of democracy to the common man, irrespective of party affiliations.”
