Barely 9 Months in Office, Dr. Fashagba Breaks 9yrs Jinx in KSCOE Ankpa, Receive about 4000 Certificates Proforma

Barely 9 Months after he assumed  Office, Dr. Paul Femi Fashagba, the Provost of Kogi State College of Education Ankpa has broken 9 years jinx as his administration has successfully printed about 4000 Certificates Proforma from the National Commission for Colleges of Education (NCCE).

 

The last time the College issued Certificate to its students was in 2016, and issue that has generated reactions from both within and outside the State.

Receiving the Certificates on Monday, the Provost described the feat as a landmark achievement and dream come through for him.

 

Since 2016, the institution has issue with graduates of the college collecting their certificates, thereby creating significant tension in and around the college. upon assumption of duty by the Provost, he vowed to arrest the situation as quick as possible, he then immediately swung into action by convening a stakeholders’ meeting involving management members, and representatives of the affected graduates.

After receiving a detailed briefing, the Provost leveraged all his efforts and connections to makes sure he put the smiles on the faces of the affected graduates. This he did, by paying up the required sum to produce the certificates to NCCE and followed up through to NCCE and Nigeria security, printing and minting commission PLC which is saddled with the responsibility of certificates production for all state colleges of education.

 

According to him, the certificate pro-forma production has been successfully completed for all students from 2016 to date, benefiting 4,000 graduates

 

Indeed, Governor *Ahmed Usman Ododo’s* choice of *Dr. Paul Femi Fashagba* is no mistake, it represents a divine restoration for Kogi State College of Education, Ankpa.
