Burial Ceremony: Jerry Omodara Pays Last Respect to Late Olori Marie Ige Owoniyi

Kogi Security Adviser, Commander Jerry Omodara (rtd), and other prominent personalities on Friday attended the burial ceremony of Late Olori Marie Ige Owoniyi, wife of the Obaro of Kabba, HRM Oba Solomon Dele Owoniyi, who died at the age of 65 years.

 

In his address, Comdr. Jerry Omodara offered a heartfelt message of hope and comfort to the bereaved family, expressed his condolences on the death of the late Olori Marie which was a great loss to them and the community.

He prayed for the repose of her soul to God’s boss on and that she would be remembered as a pillar of strength and shining example for selfless service to humanity, while encouraging the Obaro’s family, Kabba community, and Okun nation to remain strong and faithful during this difficult time.

The ceremony was a solemn yet uplifting celebration of a life well spent. Comdr. Omodara’s presence exemplifies the values friendship, compassion, and standing with loved ones in times of loss.

 

The burial was attended by the highly placed government functionaries, businessmen, traditional leaders, and hosts of other dignitaries.
