Come Out and Vote, Your Vote Will Count, Gov. Bello Tells Youths, Women and PLWD

Youths, women as well people with disabilities have been advised to mobilize themselves en masse in order to participate in the 2023 polls.

 

Kogi State Governor Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello gave the advice at the Government House, Lokoja while addressing ward and Local Government APC Executives from Ankpa federal constituency.

 

The Governor declared that the people’s votes would count as he expressed confidence in the ability of Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC in fulfilling its mandate by delivering a fair, transparent and acceptable election come 2023.

 

Alhaji Bello who said APC in the state was united and urged members to be supportive of the party for all its candidates to emerge successful in the general elections.

 

He appreciated party faithfuls from all the 239 wards across 21 local government areas promising to establish a direct line of contact with those at the grassroot for effective feedback.

 

The Kogi state Governor explained that several interventions by both federal and state government had been initiated that would be beneficial to the people as he advised leaders to carry everyone along in party affairs.
