The Provost of Kogi State College of Education Ankpa, Dr. Paul Femi Fashagba has celebrated with the immediate past Provost of the College Dr. M.K Ibrahim on his well deserved appointment as Provost, Kogi State College of Education Technical Mopa.
Dr. Fashagba in a congratulatory message he personally signed and made available to Journalists in Lokoja on Wednesday described the appointment as a reward for hard work and loyalty.
The Provost, who applauded the Governor of Kogi State, Alh. Ahmed Usman Ododo for reappointing Dr. Ibrahim as a Provost in the State, noted that the Governor has proven that he values loyalty, dexterity and hard work.
The statement reads “On behalf of the Staff and Management of Kogi State College of Education Ankpa, I wish to felicitate with my Brother, Dr. M.K Ibrahim on his well merited appointment as Provost of Kogi State College of Education Technical Mopa.”
“I also wish to express my profound gratitude to the Chief Servant of Kogi State, His Excellency, Alh. Ahmed Usman Ododo for the particular appointment as it means a lot to me. This singular act has shown that the Chief Servant believes in one Kogi as the Governor is no doubt a detribalized leader.
He recalled during the handing over by the immediate past Provost that he assured him that better opportunity will come his way coming to past after one month.
Dr. Fashagba expressed confidence in the ability of the COET Mopa Provost in justifying the confidence reposed in him by giving the institution a facelift in line with the renewed Hope Agenda of the Governor.
While wishing Dr. Ibrahim a fruitful and successful tenure, the Ankpa Provost prayed God to grant his Mopa counterpart wisdom and good health to succeed in the task ahead.
