A Political Group, G-15 Kabba-Bunu/Ijumu Federal Constituency says the establishment and funding of Kogi State University Kabba is a demonstration of Gov. Bello’s “overdose political will.”
According to a statement by Hon. Oyewole M Solomon, Hon Femi Owoniyi and Hon Folusho O Braimoh, Ijumu, Kabba-Bunu and Kabba-Bunu/Ijumu Coordinators respectively described the Governor as a visionary leader.
The statement reads “Members of G15 Kabba/Bunu/Federal Constituency hereby salute and commend our visionary and success oriented Governor Yahaya Adoza Bello for his overdose of political will that has benefitted the good people of OKUN extraction and Kabba/Bunu/Ijumu in particular for the establishment of Kogi State University, Kabba.”
“He (Governor Yahaya Bello) made the promise and declared to the world that he will witness the first and historic matriculation of the university before the end of his tenure…Here we are, against all doubts and despite all odds, 16th January, 2024 is the D-Day…PROMISE MADE, PROMISE KEPT
