Hon. Musa Olumayowa Yakubu, a former House of Reps aspirant for Kabba-Bunu/Ijumu Federal Constituency, has congratulated Miss Olukayode Ireoluwa Deborah for graduating with first class from the University of Ibadan.
Hon. Musa, an Advocate of youth empowerment and academic excellence, in a congratulatory message through Comrade Temitope Adegbuyi, the National President of Iyamoye Students’ Union, ‘As both Ireoluwa and I are from the same community, Iyamoye, her success is a worthy and should be celebrated accordingly. This is a big example for the younger generation in our community, Ijumu local government and Kogi state at large.’
He also bemoaned the trend of young people engaging in activities that undermine educational values and by extension, discourage merit based success.
He congratulated Ireoluwa and her parents, Mr and Mrs Salaman Olukayode Omojudi for raising her well.
He ended by admonishing the youth to know that there is no shortcut to academic success, other than to prioritize their studies above all other campus activities.
