Hon. Oshoke Gbenga Sunday, Founder GOEES Foundation and SSA on Grassroots Mobilization to the Governor of Kogi State on Sunday visited the State Auditor General for Local Government, Hon. Yakubu Siyaka Adabenege.
Hon. Gbenga in a statement said he also used the meeting to present souvenirs to the Auditor General, who applauded his vision and commitment to development of education.
The statement reads “Earlier today, I had the distinct pleasure of meeting with a formidable pillar of our state’s administration, Hon. Yakubu Siyaka Adabenege (widely known as Fancy), the Auditor General of Local Governments, Kogi State, and the Youth General.”
While Hon. Siyaka was among our esteemed invitees for the recent Gbenga Oshoke Education Empowerment Scheme (GOEES), his demanding official schedule unfortunately prevented his attendance. It was, therefore, a privilege to personally visit him today to present his official copy of the program’s proceedings and discuss our shared vision for educational advancement.
Hon. Yakubu Siyaka remains a towering figure in the Kogi political sphere. His tireless dedication to the progress of our people and his role in championing the transformative “Gospel of Ododo’s transformative government” across the state is truly commendable. Through his leadership, the impact of His Excellency, Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo’s administration continues to resonate within every corner of our constituencies.
Our conversation today reaffirmed our collective commitment to youth development and the belief that through education and strategic collaboration, we can build a more prosperous Kogi State.
I thank Hon. “Fancy” for his warm reception and for his unwavering support of initiatives like GOEES that seek to uplift the next generation of Kogites.
