A Group known as Team Akanle Political Movement, popularly known as Idera Movement has congratulated its Principal, Dr. Toyin Akanle as he marks another birthday.
A Statement by Prince Dayo Akanmode on behalf of the Group noted that Dr. Akanle has lived an impactful and fulfilling life, worthy of emulation.
“We recall your distinguished career in the security service where you rose from a humble beginning to the apogee. We also recall your selflessness in and out of office.
According to him, “For three decades, you have impacted significantly on the widows in Isanlu and other less privileged in the society. It is in furtherance of your love for the community that you went in to politics to represent Kogi West.
“Unfortunately, the vision was truncated by higher powers but you didn’t lose your honour and integrity as you believe that politics is not an end but a means to an end.
He added that the Group appreciate and value his leadership qualities and wish him longevity, peace and sound health.
