ODA Postpones Annual General Meeting, To Proceed with Stakeholders Summit, Website Launch

The Okun Development Association (ODA) has announced the postponement of its Annual General Meeting, initially scheduled for March 27, 2025, at Iyara Ijumu as a mark of respect for the late wife of Obaro of Kabba, Oba Solomon Dele Owoniyi.

 

According to Dayo Thomas, National Publicity Secretary of ODA, despite the postponement, ODA will proceed with the Stakeholders Summit to address other pressing issues in Okunland.

 

However, the launch of ODA official website will also take place as planned.

 

The platform is expected to provide a centralized platform for Global connections among Okun sons and daughters and centralized information on ODA, its activities, and Okunland

 

The responsibilities of the platform include; easy membership management and access to benefits, job listings and opportunities for Okun youths, Cultural exchange and understanding through showcase of Okunland’s heritage and News and updates on community events and developments.
