The Special Adviser on Youth and Student Matters to the Governor of Kogi State, Oladele John Nihi, on Tuesday paid a courtesy visit to the Minister for Youth Development, Hon. Ayodele Olawande Wisdom in Abuja.
The purpose of the visit was to express his appreciation to the Minister for his unwavering commitment to youth development in Nigeria.

He commended the youth minister for his numerous initiatives aimed at empowering young Nigerians, including skills acquisition programs, entrepreneurship development, and mentorship schemes.
“During our meeting, I highlighted the importance of collaboration between state governments and the federal ministry in driving youth development programs. I noted that Kogi State, under the leadership of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, is committed to harnessing the energy and creativity of its youthful population to drive economic growth and development,” Nihi said.
Nihi expressed his delight in the Minister’s passion for youth development and his vision for a brighter future for Nigerian youths.
He assured the Minister of Kogi State’s readiness to continue partnering with the Ministry to replicate some of the successful youth development programs at the state level.
In response, the Minister appreciated Nihi’s visit and reaffirmed his commitment to working with state governments to ensure that youth development programs are implemented effectively across the country.
He emphasized the need for synergy and collaboration in achieving the goals of youth development.
