Chairmen from Okun land on Thursday paid a courtesy visit to the Member representing Kabba-Bunu/Ijumu Federal Constituency, Hon. Salman Idris, in recognition of his outstanding performance and commitment to grassroots development.
The Chairmen who took turns to speak during the visit commended his impactful interventions and people-oriented representation across the constituency and expressed their readiness to identify with his vision.
The Expressed satisfaction with the score card of Hon. Salman, assuring of their support to him at all times.
Responding, the Federal Lawmaker expressed appreciation to the Council Chairmen for implementing the policies and programmes of the State Governor, Alh. Ahmed Usman Ododo in their respective Local Government Areas.
He applauded their effort in combating security threats, urging them to continue to carry out their duty effectively.
