Kogi State Commissioner for Environment, Chief Victor Adewale Omofaiye has congratulated his Finance, Budget and Economic Planning counterpart, Asiwaju Idris Asiru on the occasion of his birthday.
Chief Omofaiye described the Finance Commissioner as a patriotic Okun man, who has exhibited professionalism in the prudent Financial management of the State.
The Commissioner in a statement made available to Journalists in Lokoja on Thursday also described the celebrant as a professional Accountant that has contributed in no small measure to the development of the State.
In his words “You have demonstrated capacity, dexterity and utmost commitment as well as loyal to the discharge of your duty and Your Boss His Excellency, Alh. Yahaya Bello, the Executive Governor of Kogi State.”
He urged him to continue to be a good ambassador of Okun land as well as Isanlu Community and prayed for more fruitful years ahead.
Chief Omofaiye also prayed God to grant Asiwaju Asiru good health and wisdom to pilot the affairs of his office and tasks given him by Governor Yahaya Bello.
