A Grassroots Politician, Arch. Salman Idris has picked the ticket of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) to contest for Kabba-Bunu/Ijumu Federal Constituency in the 2023 General elections.
Arch. Idris emerged in a peaceful and credible election after he pulled 73 votes to defeat his closest rival, Idris Rufus who had 4 votes.
The returning Officer, Hon. Shola Samuel while announcing the result commended the delegates and party supporters for their maturity and orderly conduct.
The Winner, Arch. Salman Idris while reacting to his victory said his ambition is to affect the lives of the people of the Federal Constituency positively.
