The Kogi State Implementation Unit of the Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project (L-PRES) rejoices with the State Governor, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, on the occasion of his birthday.
According to the State Project Coordinator L-PRES, Dr. Olufemi Bolarin, the Governor’s birthday is worth celebrating as he has proven beyond any reasonable doubt that his choice for the State was Divinely motivated.

Dr. Bolarin maintained that as a visionary Leader, the Governor understands the value of Agriculture, hence the massive investment in the Sector.
The SPC expressed gratitude to the Chief Servant for the confidence reposed in him to pilot the affairs of the Agency and the support given to the project which according to him has led to significant improvement in livestock farming in the State.
He recalled the interest of the Governor during the proposal for the establishment of Livestock Service Centre (LSC) at Osara with the demonstration of political will, which eventually got the approval of the World Bank.
Dr. Bolarin restated that the management and Staff of the Project will not relent effort in ensuring the actualization of the Governor’s vision for improved livestock farming in the State.
He prayed for good health and sound mind to contribute to the development of the State and Nigeria at large.
