The Forum of Secretaries to the Government of All Progressives Congress (APC) Controlled States has appointed Secretary to the Government of Kogi State, Mrs. Folashade Ayoade as Chairperson of the Forum.
The appointment of the Kogi SGS was announced at the meeting of the Forum held in Abuja, Federal Capital Territory.
Mrs. Ayoade is the only female SGS in the entire Northern States that have served for more than 8 years and the appointment is in recognition of her outstanding leadership quality.
While reacting to the appointment, Mrs. Ayoade thanked members of the Forum for the trust reposed in her, promising not to disappoint them.
The SGS noted that the Forum as the Engine Room of Government at the APC led Government at the Federal and over twenty States will continue to work assiduously for the unity, progress, peace and development of the country.
She expressed gratitude to former Governor Yahaya Bello and incumbent Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo for the confidence reposed in her to serve the State as she will continue to be grateful to them.
