The Iya Ewe of Gbede Kingdom, Chief Mrs Toyin Omole, has felicitated with Christians in Kabba- Bunu/ Ijumu Federal Constituency, Kogi West, Kogi State in particular and Nigeria in general, on the occasion of this year’s Christmas celebration.
She urged them to follow Jesus Christ’s example of compassion and tolerance.
In a Christmas message she personally signed and made available to the public through her Media Team, Chief Omole tasked Christians to pray for peace and unity amongst Nigerians and an end to insecurity ravaging the country.
The Iyara Ewe, who described the birth of Jesus Christ as a defining moment for mankind, said the festive season is a solemn reminder of the power of love and how it can save humanity.
While extending her congratulations to Christians in Kabba -Bunu /Ijumu Federal Constituency and around the world for the Christmas celebration, Chief Mrs. Omole encouraged all residents to continue praying for peace and prosperity in Kogi and Nigeria as a whole.
Chief Mrs Omole urged residents to remain vigilant and report suspicious individuals or activities to the appropriate security agencies during this yuletide.
While wishing for hitch-free celebration and prosperous 2026, Mrs Omole solicited support and prayers for the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo to continue to deliver on their campaign promises.
