 Nihi Boost Security in Ayegunle Gbede, Donates Motorcycles  to Vigilante, Hunters

Hon. Oladele John Nihi, Special Adviser on Youth and Student Matters to the Kogi State Governor, has donated two motorcycles to the Vigilante and Hunters Associations in Aiyegunle Gbede, bolstering efforts to enhance security and safety in the community.

 

The presentation was made today in Aiyegunle Gbede to Oba Lateef Haruna, Olu of Aiyegunle Gbede, Community Development Association and the entire community, underscoring the collaboration between community leaders and government officials in driving progress.

Nihi stated that the donation supports Governor’s efforts to combat insecurity, crime, and criminality in the state. “This is my way of contributing to the fight against insecurity,” Nihi said, emphasizing his commitment to community development.

The gesture highlights Nihi’s dedication to improving lives and security in Aiyegunle Gbede his community.

Nihi urged the beneficiaries to use the motorcycles strictly for official security purposes, ensuring they contribute effectively to safeguarding the community. “Let’s ensure these bikes serve the people, not personal interests,” he said.

He also called on youths in Aiyegunle Gbede to partner with security agencies, saying, “Join hands with police and hunters to fight crime. Together, we can make our community safer and brighter.”

Accompanying Hon. Oladele John Nihi to his community to make the presentation are Hon. Eniola Olayemi, Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Grassroots Sensitization and Hon. Kunle Ola, Senior Special Assistant on Grassroots Mobilization.
