Four months after its official registration, the Sanity Multi-Efforts Forum – SMEF (RC 9565689), a non-profit and non-political organization, has announced the next phase of its institutional growth with vacancies for heads of eight statutory directorates.
SMEF was registered under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) 2020 on 21st May, 2026, and today, 22nd September, 2026, marks exactly four months of its formal existence as a corporate body. The organization made the announcement in a public notice signed by its Secretary, Board of Trustees, Olonila George Dare, from its National Headquarters at No. 64, IBB Way, Opposite Moremi Restaurant, Lokoja, Kogi State.
Despite being four months old on paper, SMEF said it is building on a nine-year legacy of the Sanity Must Be It (SMBI) Movement which commenced civic advocacy in 2017 against extortion, illegal roadblocks, double taxation and harassment of citizens on highways, markets and communities.
The organization noted that within four months of registration, it has secured and furnished a functional national secretariat in Lokoja, formalized its Board of Trustees, activated its eight statutory directorates as enshrined in its CAC certified constitution, established its citizen reporting desk via 08111963351, and built verifiable presence on Facebook, Instagram @sanitymultieffortsforum and Google Business Profile – all without external grants.
SMEF is the advocacy, policy and citizen-protection arm of the broader Sanity Brand Ecosystem – SBES, which comprises Dansavist Multi-Concept BN 2493694 (Pioneer), Dansavist Multi-Concept Limited RC 8227188 (Technical Arm), Sanity Multi-Efforts Limited RC 8825804 (Commercial Arm), and SMEF RC 9565689 (Advocacy Arm).
According to the notice, SMEF’s mandate includes promoting ethical practices in health, education, environment and other sectors, improving road safety and transport professionalism, supporting citizens facing harassment and extortion, promoting accountability and whistleblower protection, and collaborating with government and civil society to promote transparency.
To drive this mandate, the organization is inviting applications for the positions of Director-General / Head of Directorate for: Governance and Accountability; Economic Empowerment and Job Creation; Education and Skills Development; Health and Social Welfare; Environment and Sustainability; Community Development and Social Justice; ICT, Data, Research and Innovation; and Legal, Compliance and Partnerships.
Applicants must be Nigerians aged 25 and above, with minimum of OND/NCE or equivalent field experience, non-partisan, resident in any State or the FCT, and of proven integrity.
The roles are volunteer leadership positions with institutional support, not salaried employment. Successful candidates will receive official appointment letters and identity cards under RC 9565689, operational support and allowances as approved by the Board of Trustees, and capacity building within the SBES network.

The deadline for first batch screening is 31st October, 2026, while screening and interviews will commence on 3rd November, 2026. Applications remain rolling thereafter until all directorates are filled.
SMEF reiterated that it does not charge any application fee and warned applicants to beware of fraudsters. Women, persons with disabilities and youth are strongly encouraged to apply.
“From 2017 as a movement to 21st May 2026 as a registered forum, and now four months after, we have proven that self-effort and structure can build an institution. This call is to expand our national family,” the organization stated.
