The Sanity Multi-Efforts Forum – SMEF – RC 9565689, the non-profit, non-political policy advocacy and citizen-protection arm of the Sanity Brand Ecosystem – SBES, today 21st September, 2026, marks exactly four months of its official registration as a corporate body under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) 2020.
SMEF was registered on 21st May, 2026, evolving from the Sanity Must Be It – SMBI Movement which commenced civic advocacy in 2017 under the leadership of its Convener and President of SBES, Ambassador Dan Olaitan Dada ‘Prince.
The nine-year movement, which was sustained through self-funding and internal ecosystem support, has now transitioned into a full institutional structure with national outlook.
Announcing the anniversary from its National Headquarters at No. 64, IBB Way, Opposite Moremi Restaurant, Lokoja, Kogi State, in a Public Notice signed by the Secretary, Board of Trustees, Ambassador Olonila George Dare, the organisation said the four-month milestone is dedicated to its nationwide family.
SMEF specially commends its highly esteemed Ambassadors of the Sanity Brand Ecosystem – SBES Platform across the 36 States and the FCT.
These are men and women of integrity – transport leaders, market leaders, youth leaders, community leaders, professionals and ordinary citizens – who have carried the message of sanity on highways, markets and communities, intervened for citizens at risk, reported extortion and harassment, and upheld the values of transparency, accountability and ethical service delivery without pay.
The organisation described SBES Ambassadors as the soul of the ecosystem and the real face of sanity in Nigeria.
The organisation also appreciates members of the Board of Trustees, volunteers, state coordinators, zonal mobilizers, patrons, matrons, advisors, institutional partners, transport unions, trader associations, youth groups, civil society organisations and the over 10,000 citizens it has directly intervened for over the years.
SMEF noted that its activities, interventions and advocacy are verifiable and traceable in the public domain. The organisation is the advocacy and policy arm of the broader Sanity Brand Ecosystem – SBES, an integrated reform ecosystem comprising Dansavist Multi-Concept – DMC BN 2493694 (Pioneer – Creativity in Action), Dansavist Multi-Concept Limited – DMCL RC 8227188 (Technical Delivery Arm – Enterprise with Integrity), Sanity Multi-Efforts Limited – SMEL RC 8825804 (Commercial Compliance Arm – Execution Nationwide), and Sanity Multi-Efforts Forum – SMEF RC 9565689 (Policy Advocacy Arm – Values First), designed to deliver full-cycle reform from policy to practice under the leadership of Ambassador Dan Olaitan Dada ‘Prince as President of SBES.
According to its CAC certified constitution, SMEF’s institutional mandate includes promoting ethical practices and improved service delivery in health, education, environment and other critical sectors; improving road safety and transport sector professionalism; providing support and reporting platforms for citizens facing harassment, extortion and corruption; collaborating with anti-corruption and regulatory agencies; promoting accountability, anti-corruption and whistleblower protection; and partnering with government, private sector and civil society to entrench transparency in governance and public spending.
Within four months of registration and without any external grant or donation, SMEF has recorded significant institutional milestones. These include securing and furnishing a functional national secretariat at No. 64, IBB Way, Lokoja, which has been operational since 2024; establishing active citizen-protection and reporting platforms including its national reporting desk via 08111963351, verified Facebook page, Instagram handle and Google Business Profile; formalizing its governance structure with a Board of Trustees; activating its eight statutory Directorates as enshrined in its CAC certified constitution; building institutional working relationships at headquarters level with the Nigeria Police Force (NPF), Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Department of State Services (DSS), Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) and the Joint Tax Board/Joint Revenue Service (JTB/JRB); and sustaining nationwide sensitization on road safety, compliance, civic responsibility and ethical service delivery.
As part of its institutional advancement, the organisation has issued a nationwide Public Notice calling for qualified Nigerians to serve as Heads of its eight statutory Directorates. The Directorates are Governance and Accountability; Economic Empowerment and Job Creation; Education and Skills Development; Health and Social Welfare; Environment and Sustainability; Community Development and Social Justice; ICT, Data, Research and Innovation; and Legal, Compliance and Partnerships.
Eligible applicants must be Nigerian citizens aged 25 years and above, with a minimum of OND/NCE or equivalent field experience, of proven integrity, non-partisan, non-sectarian, and resident in any State of the Federation or the Federal Capital Territory. Applicants must demonstrate passion for community development, transparency and the ideals of sanity. Experience in NGO management, transport administration, public health, education, environmental management, ICT, legal practice or public policy will be an added advantage.
The organisation clarified that the positions are volunteer leadership roles with institutional backing and not salaried employment. Successful candidates shall be issued official Letters of Appointment and Identity Cards under RC 9565689, and shall be entitled to operational support, mobility and data allowance as approved by the Board of Trustees, capacity building and access to the wider SBES network.

The deadline for first batch screening is 31st October, 2026, while screening and interviews will commence on 3rd November, 2026. Applications will remain open on a rolling basis thereafter until all Directorates are substantively filled.
SMEF emphasized that it remains non-partisan, non-sectarian and national in character, open to all Nigerians of integrity irrespective of tribe, religion, gender or disability.
Its doors remain open for volunteer leadership, partnership, collaboration and patronage for individuals and corporate bodies who share in the vision of a sane Nigeria. Women, youth and persons with disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply.
The organisation reiterated that it does not charge any application fee at any stage of the process and urged the public to beware of fraudsters. It added that all activities are coordinated from its national headquarters with full accountability as provided in its constitution.
Speaking on the anniversary, Ambassador Dan Olaitan Dada, who has led the movement since 2017 through self-effort, sacrifice and personal resources, said four months after registration has proven that structure, sacrifice and self-funding can build an enduring institution.
According to him, from movement to institution, SMEF has come to stay, its commitment is total, its doors are open to all Nigerians of integrity, and its resolve to ensure that sanity prevails across all sectors nationwide remains unshaken.
