Kogi State Security Adviser, Commander Jerry Omodara rtd has described unity as the centrepiece of development in Bunu land.
He stated this in Lokoja, at the launching of the Oba Samuel Sunday Tolorunshe Educational Foundation, in his goodwill message.
Commandant Omodara said Barrister Joseph Tolorunshe, whom he described as a son, has remained a frontline advocate of unity and educational progress.
He eulogized the late Oba Samuel Sunday Tolorunshe for his good deeds while alive and also his love for education while commending the family for sustaining his legacy even after his death.
According to him, one thing that stands out in Bunu community is unity and their love for education also appealed to the people to uphold the unity already established.
Commandant Omodara noted that education remains the best legacy for children, lauded the founder for the initiative, and prayed for God’s blessings and upliftment upon him.
He assured of his readiness to support the foundation in all areas needed for its growth.
