Kogi State Chapter of the Association of Local Government of Nigeria (ALGON) has felicitated with the Speaker of the State House of Assembly, Right Hon. Aliyu Umar Yusuf as he marks yet another birthday.
ALGON Chairman Hon Tosin Olokun in a statement he personally signed described the Speaker as a parliamentarian of repute and an astute Administrator.
