Comr. Duke Federal Lawmaker after making frantic efforts to get the Government to assist, took it upon himself to restore power supply to the Community.

“I have been on his neck almost every week with constant reminders. The reason is simple: I can no longer stay in my house in Ayetoro-Gbede because I would have to put on the generator which might be insensitive to the plight of the people in that area, so I chose to abandon my house until I was able to facilitate the replacement of the vandalized transformer.

“Today, I got a call from our dear Hon. Arc Salman Idris to meet him somewhere in Utako and behold, he bought a brand new 500kVA transformer for us, fully paid for and supplied. I am the happiest man today; my joy knows no bounds.
