The Akinrin of Ekinrin land, Ekinrin-Adde, Oba Johnson Kolade Otitoju, has paid tribute to the late Obaro of Iyamoye, Oba Ibrahim Ade Momoh describing his passing as a rude shock.

In a statement, Oba Otitoju described the deceased as humble, friendly, and patriotic, noting that he made significant contributions to the development of Iyamoye land, Ijumu Arin, Ijumu Kingdom, Okunland, and Kogi State.

“I extend my heartfelt condolences to the entire community of Iyamoye, all royal fathers, especially HRM Olujumu of Ijumu Kingdom, the Ijumu Traditional Council, and Ijumu Local Government for the sudden loss of one of our own,” he said.

May God Almighty comfort us all and grant Iyamoye a Royal Father as noble as the one we have lost to death, our common enemy. Ultimately, whether we like it or not, Jesus Christ will overcome this adversary.
