Engr. Abubakar further disclosed that his ambition enjoys the backing of key stakeholders at the national level, including influential leaders within the PDP.
He specifically acknowledged the support of the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, describing him as “a strong pillar whose leadership and guidance continue to inspire progressive politics.”
Highlighting his vision, Engr. Abubakar outlined plans to prioritize lawmaking, lobbying, attracting infrastructure development, youth employment, agricultural support, and improved access to education and healthcare through legislative lobbying.
He stressed the importance of unity within the party, urging members to close ranks and work collectively toward reclaiming political dominance in the constituency.
“As a party, we remain strong, resilient, and deeply connected to the people. Together, we will reclaim our mandate and restore effective representation,” he declared.
He also called on eligible voters to register or revalidate their PDP membership, emphasizing that active participation is key to achieving victory in 2027.
“With this endorsement, the real work begins,” he said. “We will soon constitute a robust campaign team and commence consultations across rural and urban communities to engage directly with our people.”
