Otunba Olayinka Braimoh, the 2023 Action Alliance governorship candidate in Kogi State, on Tuesday paid a condolence visit to HRM. Oba Solomon Dele Owoniyi, the Obaro of Kabba and Chairman Okun Traditional Council in his palace in Kabba town of Kabba-Bunu Local Government Area, Kogi State.
The visit was to condole with the royal father over the recent passing of his wife, Her Royal Highness late Queen Marie Ige Owoniyi.
During the visit, Braimoh sympathised with the royal family saying “Death is inevitable and we shall all die at our appointed time. Even though, losing a dear one to death is painful, I pray for eternal rest for the soul of your wife, Queen Marie and wish your family the strength to bear the loss”
The Obaro thanked Otunba Olayinka Braimoh and his entourage, acknowledging the inevitability of death.
“Thank you Braimoh and your team for coming. My entire family and I really appreciate your visit and we cannot thank you enough.
“As I pray for my dear wife’s soul, I wish you and your team safe journey back to your homes” he concluded.
