Democracy Newsline Newspaper Set To Host Annual Symposium/Award Presentation in Abuja, Oct. 18

The management of Democracy Newsline newspaper has concluded plans to host its annual symposium and award presentation to deserving individuals and organizations in Abuja.

The arrangement is part of the program prepared to celebrate its 13th anniversary of unblemished publishing of qualitative news that is informative, educative,e and entertaining, stressing that the project that started on the 2nd of October, 2010 has become one of the mediums to reckon with in Nigeria.

According to a press statement signed by the Publisher/CEO, Femi Olugbemi and made available to newsmen in Abuja, this year’s event is unique and well packaged to celebrate the 63rd independence anniversary of Nigeria alongside the 13th year of the existence of Democracy Newsline newspaper and it’s online blog: www.democracynewsline.com.

He said the management decided to move the event to Abuja since the medium now serves the entire country and beyond hence it has become imperative to have the program in the Nation’s capital city, stressing that great personalities from all walks of life and from across all sectors in Nigeria will be honored at the occasion.

He said Senator Salisu Mustapha will be the Chairman of the occasion, Mrs. Folashade Joseph will be chairperson and HRH Chief Barny Adeku Ojiah will be the Co-Chairman.
