The Provost of Kogi State College of Education Ankpa, Dr. Paul Femi Fashagba has extended his warm Felicitation to the Deputy Publicity Secretary of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Hon. Duro Meseko on his birthday.
Dr. Fashagba in a statement described Hon. Meseko as an asset to the ruling party, Okun land and Kogi State in General.
