The Provost of Kogi State College of Education Ankpa, Dr. Paul Femi Fashagba has expressed his deep sympathy to the State Commissioner of Finance, Budget and Economic Planning, Asiwaju Idris Asiru over the demise of his father, Alh. Asiru Ijagbemi.
Dr. Fashagba in a condolence message expressed his condolence as well as that of the Management and Staff of the College over the colossal loss.
The Provost described the death of Alh. Asiru as painful and a big blow to the Asiru family and entire Yagba East Local Government as he passed when his wise counsels and prayers were needed most.
According to him, the deceased lived a fulfilled life worthy of emulation, urging the Commissioner and the family to take solace in the fact that their father lived impactful and selfless life.
He prayed God to grant them the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss and Alh. Asiru eternal rest in paradise, adding that the vacuum of his demise will be too difficult to fill.
