Faleke, Olumoko and Babajide Bag Community Services Award at Akinrin Day 2024

Seven eminent personalities are to be honoured by the Akinrin in Council in conjunction with Ekinrin Community national Association.

 

According to a statement by President of the Association, Hon. Duro Omonola, the Akinrin of Ekinrin HRM. Oba Johnson Kolade Otitoju, Akinrin of Ekinrin, Egbo Lo,na1 and the paramount ruler of Ekinrin Kingdom has approved the prestigious honour to be conferred on the personalities.

 

Those to be honoured are; Hon. James Abiodun Faleke, member representing Ikeja Federal Constituency, Hon. Funsho Olumoko, former Director General, Kogi West All Progressives Congress APC Campaign Council and Veteran Journalist, Babajide Kolade Otitoju.

 

Others are, the Director General, Kogi State Project Monitoring, Hon.  Taufiq Isa, Otunba Deji Toba, Senior Apostle Akinyele Samuel and Mrs. Bisi Ogunyele.

 

The Awards which is in recognition of their respective outstanding contributions to Community Development is part of activities making Akinrin day 2024 which holds today June 8th.

 

The statement reads “The award is in recognition of numerous contributions of each of the recipients to the social cultural, infrastructural, educational communities development.
