Gbede Kingdom Mourns Passing of Dr. Abdulganiyu Obatoyinbo, Condoles Family, Iyamoye Community

The Gbede Traditional Council and Gbede Development Union (GDU) in Ijumu Local Government Area, Kogi State has condoled with the family of Dr. Abdulganiyu Obatoyinbo Deep and people of Iyamoye over the death of their illustrious son.

The Olu Gbede, HRM. Oba Col. Olusegun Oloruntoba rtd and National President of GDU, Chief Israel Oshafunmi in a joint Condolence Message said Okun land has lost a rare gem, an Astute Administration and a Philanthropist without Borders.

The statement noted that they received the news of his passing unto glory with rude shock, describing him as a man that lived fulfilled life.

According to the statement “The Gbede Traditional Council and Gbede Development Union (GDU) in Ijumu Local Government Area of Kogi State extend our heart felt condolence to the family of Late Dr. Abdulganiyu Obatoyinbo as well as the people of Iyamoye over the unfortunate passing unto glory of the Community Leader and a man who dedicated his life to the service of God and humanity. We sympathize with him and the family at the moment of grief.

There’s no doubt that all men will die, losing Dr. Obatoyinbo at this time is painful and unfortunate. Our condolences to the family and people of Iyamoye community on this colossal loss.

No doubt, we have lost a rare gem, we have lost an Honourable man and who used his network to provide jobs for many unemployed youths.

The Gbede Leaders added the demise of Dr. Obatoyinbo has created a vacuum too difficult to fill as she will be greatly missed.

They prayed God to grant the family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss, and the deceased, eternal rest in paradise.
