As Kogi State marks its 34 years of creation, the Provost of College of Education Ankpa, Dr. Paul Femi Fashagba has felicitated with the Government and people of Kogi State, promising that the College under his watch will continue to add value to the State Education sector.
Dr. Fashagba in a Chat with Newsmen noted that the 34 years of the existence of Kogi State is worth celebrating, especially now that Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo is providing purposeful and people oriented leadership in line with the outstanding achievements of former Governor Yahaya Bello.

The Provost noted that the College has been making an impact since its creation in 1981, saying with the renewed commitments of his administration, the School will produce Teachers that will add value to the State Education sector.
He maintained that at 34, the State is waxing stronger with significant progress of owning 3 State Universities, free Education, Free WAEC and NECO as well as JAMB.
The Provost commended Gov. Ododo for finding him worthy of the appointment at this present time, promising to continue to deliver his administration’s programmes and policies at the College.
He congratulated the Governor, members of his Cabinet, Speakers and members of the State House of Assembly, the Judiciary as well as people of the State on the 34th Anniversary of the State.
Dr. Fashagba called for more support for the Governor by praying for him and the State, while stressing the need for them to be law abiding.
