Kogi Elder Statesman, Dr. Williams Toyin Akanle mni has extended his condolences to Senator Smart Adeyemi, former Senator representing Kogi West over the passing of his mother.
Dr. Akanle a former Assistant Director General of Department of State Service in a statement obtained by The Drum Reporter sympathised with the former Lawmaker and his family over the loss which he described as unfortunate.
My condolence to Senator Smart Adeyemi over the loss of his beloved mother, Mama Victoria Adeyemi. Losing a mother is devastating and painful due to the vacuum she occupies in ones life. My heart is with him and his family at this trying times as I pray that God console him.
Dr. Akanle, who explained that the vacuum the death of Mama Victoria Adeyemi will be difficult to fill, urged the family to find solace in the fact that she loved an exemplary life worthy of emulation.
While praying God to grant the family the strength to bear the irreparable loss, the Security Expert prayed God to give her eternal rest.
