An Elder Statesman, Chief Richard Asaje says the dream of power shift of Kogi Governorship to Kogi West in the next Gubernatorial election may hit the rock if due respect is not giving to the incumbent Governor, Alh. Yahaya Bello.

Chief Asaje stated this while speaking with Newsmen on the State of Kogi and the New Year.

The Elder Statesman stated that in the history of Nigerian politics, power cannot shift except those interested lobby the Incumbent for endorsement and support.
