The Bajana of Obajana in Lokoja Local Government Area of Kogi State, HRH. Oba Engr. Idowu Isenibi on behalf of the Traditional Council and people of Obajana Community congratulates our President Elect, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu and his Vice, Senator Kashim Shetima on their resounding victory at the just concluded Presidential election.
Oba Isenibi in a statement he personally signed and made available to Newsmen in Lokoja described the election as peaceful.
“Despite all fears, we thank God that the election was relatively peaceful, credible and transparent, while a winner has emerged in the person of Asiwaju Bola Tinubu.”
Recall that Oba Isenibi prayed for the Victory of Asiwaju at the Obajana Airstrip during his campaign in Kogi State and God has answered the prayer. With this victory no doubt, the Hope of Nigerians is now Renewed as we pray for better days ahead for our great country, Nigeria.
“The contest has been completed and winners have emerged. I urge Nigerians to take the result of the election as an act of God because only Him enthrone Leaders. The Winner should also be magnanimous in victory and extend olive leaf to those that lost at the poll.
“As a Royal Father, I wish to advise the President-Elect to include youths in the Governance of the country and do his utmost best to redeem the bastardized economy of our country.
“He should also look into the rich resources of the State and tap into them for creation of wealth for our teaming youths, who have confidence in him.
“Also, I want to felicitate with His Excellency, Alhaji Yahaya Bello, the Executive Governor of Kogi State on the peaceful conduct of the Presidential and National Assembly Elections in the State.
“With the manner at which the election went, the Governor has again demonstrated that he is indeed youthful, resourceful and a trusted leader.
“Lastly, I pray the tenure of Asiwaju Bola Tinubu be a blessing to Kogi State and Nigeria in General.
