The Executive Secretary of Kogi State Emergency Management Agency (SEMA), Mrs. Isaac Kolade has congratulated Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo on his Inauguration as the Governor of the State.
Mr. Kolade in a congratulatory message he personally signed and made available to Newsmen in Lokoja, the State Capital, felicitated with the outgone Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello for the successful completion of his second tenure in office, describing the achievements of his administration as unprecedented and eventful.
He commended former Governor Bello for his support to activities of the Agency which enabled it to reach out to thousands of Kogites faced with disaster.
According to the Kogi SEMA Boss, the coming of Alh. Ododo is a divine arrangement aimed at sustaining peace, unity and progress of the State.
Mr. Kolade maintained that the new Governor as a loyal, cultured, and humble politician, has paid his dues, hence his emergence as the Successor of the Pilot of the New direction administration.
The SEMA Executive Secretary notes that “on behalf of My family, Management and Staff of the Agency, I heartily join eminent people of our dear State and Nigerians to congratulate our amiable humility personified Governor Alh. Usman Ododo on his swearing in as the Executive Governor of Kogi State. This is heart warming and a popular saying that the reward of hard work is more work.”
“His Excellency, as you assume office today, be assured of my loyalty and support as well as that of the management and Staff of Kogi State Emergency Management Agency. There is no better time to come together and contribute our quota to the development of our dear State than now. Therefore, we will support you in prayers, cooperation and otherwise.
While wishing the outgone Governor success and good health in his future endeavors, the SEMA Boss prayed that the Ododo administration will bring good tidings of great joy to the Government and people of the State.
Mr. Kolade also felicitated with the the Deputy Governor, Comrade Joel Oyibo and prayed God to grant them the wisdom, good health to build on the solid legacies of Governor Bello.
