The son of Bajana of Obajana in Lokoja Local Government Area of Kogi State, Prince Segun Idowu is dead.
Prince Segun slumped and died on the field during one of the Matches of the ongoing Kogi FA Chairman’s Cup at the Confluence Stadium Lokoja on the 20th of January 2023.
The sad news made the Football community in the State to be thrown into mourning as well as youths of Obajana Community.
The Bajana of Obajana, Oba Idowu Isenibi, who confirmed the news to The Drum Reporters in a Telephone interview, described the news as devastating and a great loss.
He thanked those that have been identifying with his family in their moment of grief, saying the vacuum the demise of his son has created will be difficult to fill.
