The Managing Director of Kogi State Road Maintenance Agency (KOGROMA), Engr. Dr. Yunusa Alhasan has celebrated the State Governor, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo on the verdict of the Apex Court which affirmed the ruling of the Appeal Court validating his victory at the November 11th Governorship election in the State.
The Managing Director in a statement made available to Journalists in Lokoja, said the Victory has finally laid to rest all Legal battles causing distractions to the Governor.
Engr. Dr. Alhassan said the victory did not come to him as a surprise as the electorate of Kogi State voted wisely and overwhelmingly for the All Progressives Congress APC in the last Gubernatorial Election.
He described the verdict as a victory for democracy, saying the judgement has again reaffirmed the judiciary as the last hope of the common man.
“On behalf of my family, management and Staff of Kogi State Road Maintenance Agency KOGROMA, I want to heartily Congratulate our result oriented Governor, His Excellency, Alh. Ahmed Usman Ododo following the Apex Court that upheld his election.
He expressed satisfaction with the remarkable achievements of the Governor since he assumed office, describing it as eventful.
The Managing Director also used the opportunity to felicitate with the Governor and people of Kogi State on the 33rd Anniversary of the creation of the State.
He noted that the Agency will continue to contribute to the success story of the State through construction and rehabilitation of roads in line with international best practices.
He prayed God to grant the Governor the needed wisdom and good health to enable him achieve his dreams for the people of the State, assuring of the readiness of KOGROMA to provide the necessary support and loyalty.
