The Bajana of Obajana, Lokoja Local Government Area, HRH. Oba Idowu Isenibi has congratulated Muslims as they commemorate this year’s Eid el Kabir celebration, a special festival of sacrifice in the Islamic calendar.
Oba Isenibi in a statement he personally signed and made available to Newsmen in Lokoja, felicitated with Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo and Speaker of the State House of Assembly, Alh. Aliyu Yusuf on the celebration.
He also extended his felicitations to members of the State Executive Council, State House of Assembly, Caretaker Chairman of Lokoja Local Government, Comrade Abdullahi Adamu, Maigari of Lokoja, Alh. Ibrahim Ganbo Kabir Maikarfi the IV and Muslims in Obajana and Lokoja as they mark the Special occasion.
He urged them to use the period to reflect their lives and make amends to make the lessons of Eid el Kabir have meanings in their lives.
The Obajana Paramount King advocates love, humility, selflessness and fear of Allah in a bid to make the society a better place.
Oba Isenibi urged them to pray for leaders at all levels for wisdom and enablement to do the right thing for peace and development of the country.
