The Ologidi of Ogidi in Ijumu Local Government of Kogi State, Oba Oladimeji Sule has joined eminent Nigerians to congratulate the State Governor-Elect, Alh. Usman Ododo on his victory at the just concluded Gubernatorial election.
Oba Sule in a congratulatory message made available to Newsmen in Lokoja on Saturday commended the people of the State for their peaceful conduct throughout the campaign and election proper.
The Monarch states that “only God gives power to whoever he wishes, said the people of Ogidi kingdom are happy to identify with the Governor-Elect and his Deputy, Hon. Joel Oyibo on their triumph at the poll.”
He noted that the victory is well deserved and prayed God to enable the incoming government to perform better than the outgoing one.
Oba Sule, who recalled that he predicted the victory of the Governor-Elect during a visit alongside some top government functionaries to his Palace, prayed for God’s wisdom and good health to enable the incoming administration move the State to enviable height.
The Ologidi also felicitated with Governor Yahaya Bello for the orderly conduct of the election and prayed God to enable him finish well and stronger.
