A Frontline Kogi State Grassroots Politician, Otunba APS Aroungundade has been appointed into the Elder Advisory Council of Nigerians Unite For Tinubu/ Shettima Mandate (NUFTS).
This is contained in a statement signed by the Director General of the Support Group and Minister of State for Federal Capital Territory, Dr. Ramatu Tijani Aliyu and obtained by The Drum Reporters on Thursday.
The Statement reads “Having acknowledged your contributions towards the TINUBU/SHETTIMA for President and Vice President Project, I. wish to convey the approval of your appointment as KOGI STATE ELDER ADVISORY COUNCIL OF NIGERIANS UNITE FOR TINUBU/SHETTIMA MANDATE (NUFTS) under the leadership of Hajia Dr. Ramatu Tijjani Aliyu (Minister of State, FCT).
“This appointment was done after due consideration and a very thorough scrutiny of your antecedent in the area of human capacity building and politics of societal development and our great party the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The statement added “It is my utmost believe that this appointment will spur you to do more for humanity and our great party (APC).
The appointment no doubt was in view of the selfless and dogged emancipation of Kogi Youths and women through his APS Youth Foundation.
