His words” Military personnel’s such as the Nigeria Army, Navy, and the Air Force are part of our target beneficiaries. Para-military personnel’s such as Immigration, Customs, Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corp, (NSCDC), Correctional Service and Fire Service are also beneficiaries of this laudable projects.

” Business persons, entrepreneurs, those in the academia, health and other sectors of the economy within and outside Nigeria can also acquire any of these residential properties in Lokoja.

” The estate will be located in a strategic place were business activities will be booming for economic growth in Kogi State. The real estate expert emphasized that the housing units will consist of two, three, and four bedrooms flat depending on the demands of their clients”

Hon. Suleiman noted that the 500 housing project will help solve the accommodations issue for officers who have served their father meritoriously and which to settle down in their State of origin.

While assuring that the building will be constructed with the best quality materials that will stand the test of time, Hon. Suleiman explained that his organization have signed a memorandum of understanding with Jaiz bank to finance 80 percent of the projects.

“This will be first of it kind in the history of Kogi State. Our organization is really concerned in solving accomodations issue for all Kogites in our dear State. We are all aware that there are some military and paramilitary officers who will serve their land and later do not have roof on their head or with their families.

“There are some who will decide to build houses outside Kogi State without coming back to their State of origin. With this initiative, they can now own a property of their own at an affordable rate or price in their own State. Our prices will be accommodating for all because we are not out to make profit but to ensure that many Kogites have a house of their own thereby reducing the exploitations many are experiencing in the hands of landlords.

“Let it be on record that, the 500 housing unit scheme by Good Trust Real Estate is not limited only to serving and ex-serving officer’s in Kogi State. The two, three and four bedrooms Estate is also meant for individuals who want to reside in Lokoja, Kogi State before or after retirement from service.

” I want the world to know that the memorandum of understanding between my company and Jaiz bank will fast-track the building of the estate for the use of our target clients. Am using this medium to call on Kogites to key into this laudable housing project for the benefits of our generation and those that are yet unborn” he stated.

He further disclosed that his real estate company will be giving away a 50 percent discount on any landed properties acquired from the organization between June to December 2024.

According to him “Clients who want to acquire any of our landed property will get the best from us with 50 person discount. Our head office is located at shop 18 Osuku plaza V, 1st 200 house unit junction, Lokoja Kogi State.
