Rep Salman Condoles Iyamoye Community Over Demise of Obaro of Iyamoye

The Member representing Kabba-Bunu/Ijumu Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon. Salman Idris has condoled with the Iyamoye Development Union, the Iyamoye Traditional Council, the Ijumu Traditional Council and the entire people of Iyamoye on the passing of His Royal Majesty, Oba Ibrahim Ade Momoh, the Obaro of Iyamoye.

 

In a condolence message, Hon. Idris described the late monarch as a symbol of wisdom, humility and foresight. He noted that Oba Momoh worked tirelessly for the unity and progress of Iyamoye, fostering peace and stability within the Ijumu Traditional Council.

 

His leadership and commitment to communal harmony, cultural preservation and inclusive development earned him respect across Ijumu land.

 

Hon. Idris prayed that the Almighty Allah grants the late monarch’s soul eternal rest and consoles the people he left behind.

 

He added that Oba Momoh’s legacy of peace, wisdom and development will continue to inspire future generations.

 

The lawmaker described the passing of the Obaro as a monumental loss to Iyamoye, Ijumu Local Government and Kogi State at large.
