A pressure group, the Coalition of Okun Youth Frontier has honored the Secretary Yagba East Local Government, Engr Kareem Musa, with the Doyen of Okun Youth Year 2025 Award for his outstanding contributions to youth development in the region.
The Spoke person of the Coalition, Hon Ropo Akinola, who presented the award on Friday in Isanlu, said the honour was in recognition of Engr Musa’s exceptional leadership and commitment to youth development in the region.
According to the coalition, Engr Musa’s youth-friendly personality and dedication to the youth’s interests made him an ideal recipient of the award.
Babatunde said the prestigious award was a reflection and testament of Engr Musa’s dedication and unwavering commitment to the welfare, progress and development of the youth in Okunland.
In his acceptance speech, Engr Musa, who received the award with humility and appreciation, thanked the coalition for the honor, and reaffirmed his commitment to supporting Yagba youths and the state at large.
Members of the Coalition, who were part of the delegation include: Hon Olorunjuwon Olorunmbe Steve; Hon Akinola Oguntomoni olujide; and Hon Adebayo Babatunde Paul.
The Coalition’s gesture is a testament to Engr Musa’s positive impact on the lives of young people in Okunland.
The award is expected to motivate Engr Musa to continue making a positive impact on the lives of young people in the area.
