The Provost of Kogi State College of Education Ankpa, Dr. Paul Femi Fashagba has celebrated with the Secretary to the Government of Kogi State, Dr. Folashade Ayoade Arike on her conferment of honourary Chieftaincy Title of Yeye Oba of Mopa land by the Elulu of Mopa, HRM. Oba Muyiwa Ibeun.
Dr. Fashagba in a congratulatory message he personally signed and made available to Newsmen in Lokoja said the honour is well deserved and a recognition of a virtuous woman and an Administrator per excellence.
According to him, the choice of Dr. Ayoade as Yeye Oba of Mopa land is a reward for dedication, hard work and resilience to Governance of the State.
He pointed out that her exceptional leadership quality has earned the SGS the confidence of the immediate past Governor Yahaya Bello and the present Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo.o
In his words, “On behalf of the management, staff and Students of Kogi State College of Education Ankpa, I wish to felicitate with a dogged, committed and hardworking Secretary to the Government of Kogi State, Dr. Folashade Ayoade Arike on her well deserved Conferment of the Honourary Chieftaincy of Yeye Oba of Mopa land by His Royal Majesty, Oba Muyiwa Ibeun and Chairman, Mopamuro Local Government Traditional Council as part of activities to mark his first anniversary.
We rejoice with a Woman of substance, well respected both within and outside the State and SGS that has served for more than 8 years in the entire Northern States of the country.
Similarly, the Provost congratulated the SGS on her appointment as the Chairperson, Forum of Secretaries to Government of APC Controlled States.
He wished Dr. Ayoade more honour, good health and wisdom to pilot the affairs of her office and make impacts, adding that she is a pride to the APC led Government in the State.
