Olayinka Braimoh, a philanthropist and political leader in Kogi State, has released a goodwill message to celebrate the platinum jubilee of Chief (Mrs.) Olufunmilayo Bodunde, the Yeye Oba of Iyara and National President of the Ijumu Women Association.

In his message, Braimoh described Chief Mrs. Bodunde as a rare gem whose life has been devoted to service, compassion, and the upliftment of humanity.

“Mummy, due to your motherly care to many, you have been taken as a foster mother by countless people. Your dedication to humanity, especially community development, is top-notch and truly worthy of celebration,” he said.

He continued by noting that her leadership within the Ijumu Women Association has brought unity, progress, and renewed hope to women across the kingdom, adding that her passion for peace, empowerment, and cultural preservation has left an indelible mark on Ijumu land and beyond.

According to him, Chief Mrs. Bodunde’s life at 70 stands as a testimony of selfless service, moral uprightness, and unwavering commitment to the welfare of others, particularly women and the less privileged.

“As you celebrate this remarkable milestone, we thank God for your impactful life, your strength, wisdom, and enduring legacy. Your good works speak loudly for you, and generations yet unborn will continue to benefit from the seeds you have sown,” Braimoh added.

He prayed for God’s continued grace, sound health, and long life for the celebrant, wishing her many more fruitful years in peace and fulfillment.

Braimoh concluded by congratulating the people of Iyara, Ijumu Kingdom, Kogi State and the entire women folk for being blessed with a matriarch of uncommon virtue and grace.
